Eating about three of these types of meals a day, you can limit yourself to an amount of about 900-1100 cals a day. If you are working out and eating right, would you recommend going this way?

I wouldnt recommend eating nothing but these, as the salt content is rather high. They are however good for one meal a day.

it has too much salt and fake stuff. Also, even though they seem cheap, when you add the prices, they are definitely not cheap. They also do not keep me full, because they are not fresh and lack texture. If you look at the label, they have a ton of chemicals that are used to preserve freshness.
If you just eat them once in a while, you will not die, but after eating them for several
Cereal for breakfast, fruit for snack, salad or sandwich (homemade w/ lean meat or cheese) for lunch, lean meat and a huge salad for dinner, and yogurt with fruit or some ice cream for dessert work much better. They're also cheaper, have much less sodium, and you know what went into your food.

Agrees with "sweet ivy" ( * high five * ) Making your own is far better for you financially and health wise.

All prefabricated foods come with extra preservatives, chemicals, sodium and more... Keep in mind if THEY made them, SO CAN YOU... experiment with spices, ask here for some recipes, but if you are truly concerned with the health aspect of these frozen dinners...STAY AWAY from them !! Happy cooking : )

Check the salt count on those things and see if the are giving you everything that you need, including iron and vitamins, especially check for vitamin K as it does not appear all that readily in frozen dinners! Otherwise fill your boots!

Personally, I think it's a waste to buy frozen "TV dinners"; you can make it just as well yourself and control the taste, calories and the $$$; some of them are around $3.50-$5.00 bucks a piece; too rich for my blood, plus what happens when you loose the weight? Train yourself how to cook low calorie!
