Yes and no. Even for Adam, God was not enough. We were created to love. We were created to be loved. We need it spiritually and perfectly, and we need it tangibly and imperfectly. Adam needed God, and he also needed Eve. I think that is true of all of us.
If God was enough, we would be born into a state of independence, not needing our parents 100% right from the womb.
Now if you are arguing that God provides all those things, then yes, He is enough.
The issue for me, is His grace. His grace is enough for me to be forgiven by. That is how I live for the reasons I live to love.

yes, but we are not alone in the Universe. There is the Almighty god. Then he made Jesus. Col 1:15 he was the first spirit creature ever made. By means of him all other things in heaven and earth was made. Including angels spirit sons of god.
Psalms 148:2,5
Job 38:7 these spirit sons joyfully cried out together when the earth was created. Then they created humans. He said "Let us make man." That is why we are here today.

God is never alone. God is always with God's creation. You can't have God alone. You can't love God without loving everything and everyone God has made. You can't know God without knowing the world.

I think that all people need air, water, food, shelter, and love.
So if one worships God or not, one needs the basics first, because God alone will not help you if you are dying of suffocation, dehydration, starvation, or exposure.
