My husband was sent to college by WSIB for a work back injury.
While at college he twisted his leg and tore his knee. He has difficluty walking and has been at home unable to walk without pain. so his walking is very limited. He is waiting to see a specialist but had a MRI done which show the tear. WSIB is refusing to see this as a claim. Who should be responsible for this? Renumeration for injury and ongoing WSIB pay which they are refusing to pay. Thank-you for any help. Bambi V

Hmm, was he attacked? Why is it that everyone wants to have someone else pay for their self-inflicted injuries? No insurance? Try Canada, because we are all sick or sick people, oh and old people. Shame we can't have Bush just one more time.

Why should they pay and why are people always trying to get someone else to pay for their injuries?Just because he did it there? Did he slip and fall on a wet floor? Did someone cause him to fall? Sorry but looks like to me from the info given it is your bill.

You are responsible for your own injury. File it on your insurance.

Why in the world is it always someone else's fault. Take responsibility.
