Look if you want to make a girl like you then you have to take the first step. Don't worry about looking stupid, if she likes you, she's probably worried about looking stupid also. BE THE MAN
Write her a nice little note and have one of her friends give it to her if you don't fell confident enough to do so. When I was in the 8th grade I had a guy ask me out by buying me a pair of diamond earrings.. can you imagine how blown away I was? Not that that is what your thing is, but make an impression on the girl, I'm sure it will pay off.

Write your phone number, or email address on a paper and give it to her, just say give me a call. If she calls, then she is interested, if she does not, well you know the rest,she is not interested.
