Not right now, but that will definitely catch up with her later on in life. Skinny does not equal healthy. She could have serious problems like diabetes, high cholseterol, and heart attacks to name a few. Eating like that is not healthy for any human.

At the age of 13 she will not die of a heart attack. BUT her parents need to be more aware of her eating habbits. Right now she is young and probably has a high metabolism but it will catch up with her. She is also starting unhealty eating habits. This will more than likely is going to catch up with her when she starts puburty. She needs to start eating healthy now for a healthier lifestyle.

Yes, it's safe to say that if this eating trend continues she'll have problems big time. She can develop heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol and a number of other diseases early in life.
She is skinny because of heredity or high metabolism, but this doesn't mean she's healthy, many people associate being skinny with healthy and most of the time they aren't healthy inside.
