Honestly i dont know why adults have such a big problem with youger people painting their nails. It dosent ruin them and if they want to spend the mone they earned on that i say go for it. Jeez 13 really isnt that young

DO her nails on a regular basis? Yes.
GET her nails DONE on a regular basis? NO
If she likes having someone else do them, how about a regular session with a girlfriend or two, doing each other's nails? A nice bonding experience, and saves a bunch of money for something that will last longer ... clothes, shoes, books, computer software, or even special entertainment like movies, concerts, etc.!!

No. It is too expensive. A 13 year old should be focused on school, not on her nails. I would say once a month at the most. It is too expensive to get done every two weeks. Use that saved money for a car or a dress for a dance or something else.

some 13 year old girls get their nails done at my school
but what i think is well.... i think 13 year old girls should get their nails done but not on a rugular its to young maybe every once an a while but not on a regular basis

No becouse it's not all about the fashion or anything get her nails done one time and maby for a 6 weeks or so she will be ok. It is to hard on your money.

yeah sure i guess but with her own money im 15 now and all my mates get there nails done and have since they were about 12 i dont because im an outdoorsy type

As long as it's not too extravagant, and she or her parents have the money to do it and not have a negative impact on other things (like school supplies, food, transportation, etc), go ahead and let her.
Of course, you could also use it as a treat for getting good grades.

Not painted, but cleaned and trimmed, yes. Proper grooming is important, even for a 13 year old girl.
Think of it from that perspective rather than the sexual side.
