You didn't spend enough time in the military for benefits, it is usually 180 days for benefits.
You can always check the VA though, and see what they say.
A lot of it depends on the type of discharge you got.

You are only entitled to medical services if you were honorably or generally (under honorable conditions) discharged, and/or your condition was a service-connected issue. With a pre-existing condition, you may not qualify.
Being discharged halfway through Basic Training means you were likely given an "uncharacterized" discharge. Generally, you must have served a minimum of 24 months of continuous service to qualify, but there are exceptions.

no you are not entitled to benefits for a pre-existing condition, you have to serve at least 180 days and/or be medically discharged having an injury occur because or you training not a pre-exisiting one.

It is extremely doubtful you are entitled to any benefits for such a short period of time in the service and considering your condition was pre-existing.

Eight years later?
Most employers don't offer any thing for 90 days either.
Even insurance companies won't cover a PRE-EXISTING condition.

If it was pre-existing, I am sure that you won't be entitled to anything after your initial separation pay.
