Because everybody and their dog sues everybody else and the stupid judges and juries award outrageous amounts of money for trivial things. People see it as a quick ticket to money rather than a way to have justice. It's becoming ridiculous!!!

Because there are a bazillion people now and at least 1/2 of them will wind up in court for some reason before they die.

The courts are open to everyone. MD is becoming a leader in using mediation to unclog the courts for more serious issues.

Because half the violations are a joke,conjured up by the local Police,to make it look like their doing the job ,they were hired to do.
