Scientists have just found another missing link, a fish with muscular fins, gills AND lungs to breathe oxygen. Dozens of these creatures have been found and carbon dated to exactly the right time when that sort of creature ought to have existed.
There are literally hundreds of thousands of fossil records going back years all carbon-dated in a definite evolutionary timeline.

Are anti-evolutionists just ignoring the evidence or do they just believe it's one gigantic conspiracy?

The reason they don't accept evolution is because of fear. They are taught that the Bible is the unadulterated word of God dictated by human prophets. To challenge the validity of Biblical events to them is like calling God a liar.

Luckily there are plenty of Jews and Christians who FULLY UNDERSTAND that the Bible is NOT a science manual, but rather a spiritual manual. Darwin himself was of course one of them, as was Albert Einstein. Thank God for them, as they helped pave the way to a world where science and religion can exist simultaneously, without one trying to cancel the other into "extinction" ;)

Peace

It's one of the joyful paradoxes of faith. Faith by definition is belief in the unseen. The more evidence we collect that the thing believed is not true, the greater a display of faith it requires to continue to believe the thing. The day science comes up with absolute categorical, undeniable proof of every stage of evolution will be a Creationist bunfight, because it will then take a truly awesome degree of faith to continue to believe in Adam and Eve, and they of course also believe that God is still watching, so they'll deny every scrap of proof precisely because it is proof. It's the logic that has led science and religion down parallel but entirely opposite paths for hundreds of years.

Scientist are always happy to be proven wrong as the learning still goes on. I always ask for Adam's kid got there wife from. Science deos not disprove god just shows how the world runs ask any deep thinking scientist about god and they will tell you there is a level that we cant see past.

Creationists as they are known, have several arguments for evolution being complete garbage.
If you want to read a proper Creationist theory, go to www.answersingenesis.org, a Creationist website which has on it hundreds of articles which prove Creationism over evolution.
Personally I believe in Creationism simply because a Creationist showed me the holes in the argument, and this not only bolstered my faith in the Bible but also changed my mind on evolution.
Evolution is a theory, and therefore should not be promoted dogmatically to the world, to the detriment of Christian belief around the world.

For the first answer, OK that is one mistake people love to re-quote like it means something. Oops, they categorized on tooth wrong, so let's all act like that one mistake undoes the whole theory. But then again, no woman has ever come out of a man's rib, so blah blah blah to you too. Adam and Eve is a story, never meant to be taken literally. Think about these things.

Scientists also supposedly found "the missing link" the monkey/man and it turned out to be a human skull cap and an orangutan's jaw. It was a hoax, Science makes me laugh. I'll believe in creation anyday over evolution.

Oh the anti-evolutionists will never change their minds. Claiming that their belief is bigger than evidence in our history museums.

If the godbots admit to the fact of evolution, then their holey - oops, holy - books aren't "perfect", which (in their minds) means their religion and their "god" isn't "perfect" either.

Religion is based on absolutes and certainty, not by doubt and reason. The rational evolutionist admits to being ignorant, while the ignorant theist doesn't admit to the rational.
