lychee
n : Chinese fruit having a thin brittle shell enclosing a sweet jellylike pulp and a single seed; often dried [syn: litchi, litchi nut, litchee, lichi, leechee, lichee]
The best way is to peel the skin and eat it. You can also buy them canned. The canned lychee is really good w/ just crushed ice.
I've also made lychee martinis. Pretty tasty especially if you mix it wil strawberry stoli vodka.

They sell these little treats in a tiny plastic bowl that you suck out and it is sweet and very yummy, they are called leechies, made from the leechy fruit I am almost positive-look for those they are awsome, phillipino people know where to get them, phillipino kids always have them

Lucky! I'm jealous... I LOVE lychees. We actually have a tree at my house. Peel off the skin and eat the flesh around the pit. There is a similar fruit called a longan that's greenish, smooth, and smaller.

I love those! my dad has a garage and there is a produce store in the front and the owner sometimes gives them to my dad and they taste sooooo good! They are really expansive though. $8.99 a pound. All you do is peel the skin and it the inside, but watch out for the seed!

You peel off the skin and eat it. It's like a big grape.
