Contact the Kennel Club and they will have a list of reputable breeders in your locality. Details can be found on their website. Otherwise do a yahoo search for the breed and see what you come up with

Where are you located? Try www.petfinder.com to adopt one but if you want to buy one to breed or something try classifieds in your local newspaper.
