How does it work? And how do you know how many points you can have in a day, generally?

You are allowed a certain number of points per day.....like for example an apple is 2 points, or 1 cup of cooked carrots are only 1 point. You just keep track of all ur points throughout the day until u reach ur target points like u may be allowed 24 points per day. It's a pretty good diet considering you can eat what you like as long as its within ur points limit. And if u dont go over, u can lose about 2 pounds per week.

How does it work you have a slider and you match up calories with dietary fiber and look at fat grams and the little line will give you the points. They will give you a slider at the week one meeting. Points depend on how much you weigh off hand I believe the lowest is 24 points but the higher you weigh the more points you can eat.
