Is A 16yr old guy having ONLY sexual intercorse with a 28 yr old guy ok?

it does not matter if it is disgusting ITS ILLEGAL this man can go to jail for sex with a minor,statatory rape and sexual abuse on a child

No it is not okay. Statutory rape still applies even if it between the two people of the same sex. Even if you don't feel you are being used, you are. This guy needs to be put in jail. The laws are there to protect children (and you are) from becoming the prey for these animals.

NO it is not okay b/c the 28yr old should know better than to be fooling around with a kid. It is sick what he is doing b/c he is older and should know that messing around with a 16yr old isn't right whether it is two men or a man and a woman or if it is two woman it is still sick.
