i eat only 2 meals a day but i get all the calories i need. And i jog for 20-30 min a day?

will i lose weight fast?

U will lose wieght fastest by eating small meals. Did you that by skipping breakfest you are slowing down your metabolism?

Its not how often you eat, it is when and what you eat. Always eat breakfast to get your metabolism running, have your largest meal at lunch time, light at dinner. Best weight loss regimens are those where you limit your caloric intake to 1200 calories per day. Another option is to divide your calories into six snack like meals per day. Jogging is mainly for cardio and there are better ways to exercise that will help in weight loss.

no but you'll probably feel like crap from your blood sugar level going up and down all day.

eat several small meals throughout the day to keep your blood sugar level even all day long. jog for 45 minutes 3 to 4 days a week and do gentle weight training on the non jogging days.

you'll see results much faster and feel better

it's 90% diet and 10% exercise.....you should really pay attention to what you eat. it's always better to eat 5 times a day. breakfast is the most important meal so make it good. eat a light lunch, stay away from sugar and carbs...just eat healthy. you'll lose weight faster and you'll even get healthier. skipping meals in not good for you. you're body will end up storing fat.

You shouldn't skip meals regardless of calories. Your body will think you're starving and store fat. It's a bad idea. You should actually eat several small meals a day - high protein, low fat, lots of fibre. Lean chicken or turkey with lots of veggies and snack on fruit and nuts and seeds.

It won't do anything bad. But spreading those calories out throughout the day can increase your metabolism and your bodies ability to burn more calories, ultimately burning more fat and losing weight.

your metabolism will actually slow down, making it harder to lose weight. you'd be better off eating 4 small meals and doing your jogging. also, vary your exercise routine (weights, yoga, whatever else you're interested in)

Yes, make sure what you are doing is something that is practical and that you can keep doing. This is why fad diets, and extreme things don't work, because you can do them for awhile and then when you come back to reality all the weight comes back.
