Not all Christian's are Catholics, and I'm not familiar with that too much, but I don't think Nuns see it as being a wife in a married relationship as we understand it.

Christians are not Catholic and, thus, they wouldn't "agree" with nuns being "married" to God.
Also, as far as being married to one person, this is--to me--signs of even more hypocrisy from Christianity as there are a fair number of Christians who are divorced or divorcing and even remarried or remarrying.

The bible says the Christ is the bridegroom of the church. Nuns, Pastors, Believers are Married to Christ. Nuns just choose to stay single and devote their time to God.

That's a Catholic tradition, not a Christian belief.

It's a bit like a metaphor. Nuns don't get married--they devote themselves to God. It's like they take a marriage vow but don't get the husband's body....they are 'married' to Jesus' soul. It's a celibacy vow basically. Priests and monks do it too. They just don't say that they're married. It sounds gay.

particular I do have faith that someplace God has picked out my appropriate soul mate. All that's... is an argument of looking that individual. And which could take a whilst. yet while that occurs that's probable going to be the main spectacular ingredient ever.

You are confusing Catholicism with Biblical Christianity. That's okay. Muslims do it, too.
