I'm in my 30s, and I don't have them.
I don't think there's room for them to grow anyway.
Does everyone get them?

no, not everyone gets their wisdom teeth and they're luck if they dont! it can cause serious problems. ive heard people who have had to remove them because it was causing them neck pains and such. if there is not enough room for wisdom teeth to come in then when they do come in they can cause your teeth to crowd and mess up your teeth pretty bad!

The wisom teeth are usually there in most people, though quite often they are impacted and cannot erupt. My husband has all 4 below the gumline and they will never come out. No dentist will remove them either because the roots are so curvy and next to a nerve.

You might have your wisom teeth, but they are possibly impacted and may or may not ever erupt.

I only had two of my wisdom teeth come out on one side and they were pulled -- the other two never came.

The dentist who did the work told me that it's becoming more and more common where people will not have them anymore. I actually don't believe that.

There are a couple of possibilities. One is that they never developed, not too common for all four not to develop, but does happen occasionally. The other is that they are in the jaw, have become imbedded in the bone and will never erupt. If they are causing no problems, then leave it alone, and consider yourself lucky, as I had to have all four of mine out (OUCH!).

It would be very easy for a dentist to shoot a couple of little x rays and see what was going on so you would know for sure.

should be patient... Plus they say it hurts when they grow..There are a couple of possibilities. One is that they never developed, not too common for all four not to develop, but does happen occasionally...but there is a percentage of people who never get them!
