Try to get an edible shrek image, or cake kit. A supply store, or Wilton Cake decorating supplier should have them. Even a craft store like AC Moore or Michaels might have some stuff.

Shrek never wore a tux in the movie, so I doubt you'll find one with him in a tux. Your best bet will probably be to have one custom made since its so specific. There are several websites that custom make cake toppers. Here's a couple of websites I found. Good luck with your search. I'm sure your cousin will appreciate all the trouble you're going to so that she'll be happy. That's really quite sweet.

If you can't find the pan, then you could always take a photograph of Shrek and they can scan it in at the bakery and put the image on your child's b-day cake. I think that Baskin Robbins does this service now...or CostCo.

Michaels doesn't have a shrek and neither does Hobby Lobby... I haven't seen one and some of the sites I know of don't have one either....

can't go wrong and they taste great....
they even offer the whipped butter icing instead of the sugar icing....yummo!!!!
