They are going to check out your waterworks. That will lead to short periods when you can't use your toilet bath washingmachines etc. The firm Nova AG who will do the checking out will inform you on the day when the checking out will happen about these short periods when you wont be able to use your appliances. They will not start before eight am.

I think they're cutting off your water for a short time, sometime after 8am.
