Depends on where you live. Usually the companies/universities/medical centers that do clinical trials are in the larger cities, and require you to live relatively close, as many of them have overnight stays, or several followup studies as part of it.

are you mad?? I know a lot of good has come from this kind of trial, but after what happened earlier on this year you really need to be careful.
That aside, I think that they sometimes put adverts in newspapers, try looking at them.
