I think there will always be those who will plot against the United States. Therefore, I don't really see an "end" to the war on terrorism. At least now, since 9/11, we are AWARE of it and not so complacent. That's why once GWB said something like "you can't win IT" (of course he was taken WAY out of context). What he meant was it's not like a single battle or conflict that you can go and win and be victorious...it's going to be continuous

The so-called "war on terror" -- when there is nobody else left in the world who uses violence or who hates the US.
Or when we wise up, realizing that declaring an abstract war on an intangible concept is stupid, and start actually dealing with individual real problems rather than focusing on political spin and labels.

since this is at immigration I'm assuming you mean the war with Mexico? It's over. They just don't get it. I heard it was bad text books. We could always send them home with good text books.

One day after the "War on Poverty" is over and that's been running your tax dollars since 1965...LOL!
Don't you think $10 trillion has been spent on these programs is more than enough?

Which war?
Iraq?
As far as I'm concerned, it is over and we will leave when the Iraqi government is comfortable that we can. I understood they were already negotiating the details of that.
