Lets see? I've lived in Hawaii, Florida, Colorado, and California for most of my life...I now live in Modesto, CA.

I've always referred to soda as pop and so does everyone else in my family. Except my 2-1/2 month old Grandson...the only bottled drink he's concerned about isn't carbonated!

My Mother told me it was because my Father was born in Kansas and it came from there!

Usually if you are getting it at a resteraunt I hear soda.
Usually if it comes out of a can I hear pop.

I have been known, on occasion, to say either soda-pop or carbonated beverage just for fun (and to see people look at me weird)!

I live in Colorado.
