Never use sponge rollers they cause hair breakage you would have to use end wraps with sponge rollers. I wear spiral curls daily . I roll up my hair nightly with the two piece magnetic rollers.
At first you might want to use a setting lotion to hold the curl.

USE sponge curlers.
1) with dry hair spray water hair spray water
2) in the morning u can brush it out a little or leave it (brush under ur hair)

Wash your hair, apply mousse, and take a fork (no joke!) and twirl small-ish sections of your hair as you would spaghetti, and dry each separately with a hair dryer. Finish with hairspray.

Yep! @ night, wrap rings of damp hair around foam strips and clip it at the end of the strip!

go to your pharmacy or wal-mart and look in hair supplies they will have these foam rollers that you can use for a temporary spiral it does look great. good luck
