I have to let you know that all the other answers are incorrect because they are not only grammatically incorrect, they are directly translating "all about" to mean that you learnt everything there is to know about terrorism, when in fact you mean that you just learnt about it. A correct answer would be:
Aujourd'hui, en cours de français, j'ai beaucoup appris sur le terrorisme.
=I learnt a lot about terrorism. It's about as close as you can get by staying true to the meaning.
