No, it's not fat at all. In fact's it a very good weight. Your BMI is about 20 - 20.8 which is ideal. Ignore the person who said you were overweight, they don't have a clue what they are talking about. It doesn't matter than you are 13, you still don't have to have a BMI of 16-18 just because you are young. Maybe you have started developing earlier than the other girls, so it's all perfectly normal and you shouldn't worry.
When I was your age I weighed about 115lb -120lb and I'm only 5ft2. I was not overweight, but because of some stupid people making comments, I did end up with an eating disorder. Looking back, I wish I had just been happy with my weight and not wasted my time worrying about it and making myself unwell.

No it extremely is a healthy weight on your top :) I would desire to be attentive to, i'm the comparable top and attempting to shed extra pounds to get there yet i'm 21. BTW delight on your teenager-hood attempt to no longer worry approximately your weight and issues, wait till you end college, then you definately would desire to tension and watch what you eat reason you're much less energetic than you're in school.

No you are not. That's a good weight for a girl your height. I was 5'7 when I was your age and 140 pounds. I thought I was fat because the other girls were like 90 pounds, but I was taller than them. Same with you.

your fine!!!! im 19 5'6 and i weight 135 lbs and im chubby (on my stomach area hehe) but other than that im not fat. so you are fine! dont worry about it! you'll be gaining more weight cause you'll start to get breasts and hips will start to grow in, so dont worry about your weight at all =)
you seem prettyy tall for your age too, so im sure when you grow some more all of the fat that you have now will go to the right places that it needs too.

No way.... you are NOT fat! You are at a great weight for your height. If you were to lose 10 or 15 lbs, you'd be too skinny, which isn't healthy or attractive. Sounds like you are right where you need to be.
