Why wouldn't you? I wear stockings and a garter belt everyday to my office, and my leather garter belt is my favorite it is so comfortable I don't even feel it on my hips, but I love the tug of the garter straps on my stockings.
Pantyhose are so crude and old fashioned, I don't know why any woman wouldn't jump at the suggestion of wearing them: and believe me, for the little effort it involves you will be rewarded ten fold in many ways.
