You can't spot reduce, so if that is your goal, then it won't really work. To reduce your inner thighs, you need to consistently do some sort of cardio/aerobic exercise and control your diet. You can then do inner thigh leg lifts, machines at the gym, squeezing pilates balls, and a host of other things. But, if there is fat on top of the muscle you are working, you won't see results without doing cardio.

There are many! My advice would be to go to your search engine and type in "exercises for inner thighs" and you can find all that you need and more. It would take up too much space here to try and explain them.
