One word, toner. Get a toner that will take your overlightned hair to the exact shade you want. All you have to do is comb it through and allow it to sit on your hair for a couple minutes. Its not permanent, but it will give you a more natural apperance. Even though your hair is too light right now, it will begin to fade soon. Once it fades a little bit, it should be the perfect shade.

you should try color enhancing shampoos. when you're washing your hair, they actually leave a small deposit of color on your strands (nothing drastic or dangerous) and it seems to work pretty well. Also you should try color glazes which work even better. I use the John Frieda brilliant brunette luminous color glaze (which you can buy at wal-mart for really cheap). It comes in I think 2 colors: amber/maple and chestnut/espresso. It'll add shine to your hair, and make it a bit darker as well.

Hope I was able to help....

I would go to a public beauty supply and get a good stain and try that or go in there and get a toner with 10 volume.Make sure you use a good protein filler before you apply the color.Overlightened hair does not like to hold color so its best to use a good protein filler

I'm a hairdresser, and my suggestion would be to go and get some lowlites. Thats were they put in darker streaks just like they would put in highlights. I suggest doing it with foil tho' cuz that way you can control how many your putting in and where you put them. Where are you from maybe I can help?
