Got o any beauty supply store.
If you're going blond, you first have to bleach your hair. Ask someone at the store to give you the strongest bleach, then you mix that bleach with the actual blond color you want to get.
If you buy just a regular blond hair dye from Target or any other store, you will get the regular hair bleach, which is not that strong and changes are, your hair won't get as blond as you want it.
Yes, bleaching your hair will damage it, but it's the only way that you will get the results you want. Just make sure you always hydrate your hair and use leave in conditioners.
Good luck!

if you have light brown hair, then the dye will stick easily to your hair and you don't have to worry. if you're a dark brunette, or maybe even black hair (which I have), then it won't work. chances are that you won't even be able to see the difference, and if you can, it'll turn bright orange.
If you really don't want to go to the salon, buy some hair bleach and then bleach your hair (because it'll strip your hair of the pigments). Then you can dye it with the hair dye that you bought from the store. You should really consider going to the salon though, because I have so many friends that tried to dye their hair blonde...only to end up with fried weird-looking orange hair.
Good luck with it and I hope that I was able to help...

Well, you have a couple of different options. I myself am a hairstylist so I hope you can benefit from my advice. You could always go to a local college near your home and let a cosmetology student do it for you. The teachers monitor all work and you'll pay less than half the price. If you dont want to do that, you can go to a beauty supply shop and buy blonde color and developer, just ask the sales associate for help and they will tell you exactly what to do.

yes you can dye it at home. buy the product at your local pharmacy or discount store. most all of them carried the complate kit and just follow the direction.
the only tip i can give you is this: if your natural color has any kind of red in it, your hair will not turn blonde, but redish blonde or just plain carrott red hair.
if your hair is black, you will probably have to dye your hair twice. once now, it would get like a dark brownish blonde. then it about three days (and dont wash your hair in between), dye it again.
also remember it is better to dye your hair when your hair is dirty. the dirtier the hair, the better control the dye will have.
also if you have never dyed your hair before and are not sure if you will like the dramatic change it will have on your face, there are products out there which only dye your hair temperaring for about 12 washes or so and then they leave your hair.
if you have friends who have dyed their hair before, ask them for help.
and if worst comes to worst that you dont like the way your hair came out, dye it black.
also do not bleach your hair. bleaching your hair is very dangerous for your scalp and haior, and if not done correctly, you can turned your hair to white (it has happen to me, and worst off it happen three days before my wedding)i ended up having to quick dye my hair black, because this is the only color that will dye back to look like a antural color.

yes. Just purchase a box of hair dye from wally world where everyone else goes these days for entertainment since there's nothing else to do around here. The boxes are approximately $6- $ 7, just be sure to get a shade that will match your natural hair color without turning it orange.

You can do it yourself, just stay away from chlorinated pools, it turns your hair green. Also if you bleach it blonde try to test it first on your arm as some people are sensitive to the chemicals used in hair dyes.

ok, i'm a cosmetologist., and a thanks to get it out without going to a salon is... are you waiting? Its very complicated to paintings with pink, once its in its complicated to get out. yet imagine about it, worry-free sense, what's the different colour of pink? Blue!!! you opt to pass to a keep someplace, and get a brown haircolor with a blue or ash base, and it would allow you to recognize someplace on the field. that would favor to fix your situation, excpet once you position the colour on, do not merely slap it on. initiate through putting it on your roots first for roughly 30 to 40 5 minutes, and then run it with the help of the shaft and the ends, and depart it for roughly 10 to fifteen. attempt it and enable me understand. yet make confident the colour says it really is a blue or an ash base. See ya, and goodluck.
