For the wedding march - "Canon in D" is beautiful & elegant
I believe in classical music for wedding, saving the fun &
the sentimental music for reception. Words distract from
what is happening during wedding. Maybe a song sung to bride & groom during ceremony.
Good luck! Most music can be listened to on web easily - type in wedding music for variety.
At reception - "Butterfly Kisses" or "Daddy's Little Girl" for Father/daughter dance, " It's Raining Men" for Bridesmaid,
"Hot Legs" for Garter Toss & your favorite for Bride/Groom
dance.

I have been a professional wedding DJ for 13 years. Your question is a very broad one. Are you seeking a song to have played as the "solo song" (song that is considered your song)? Are you seeking a father/daughter dance song? Are you seeking slow songs or fast songs to dance to during the actual dance. Your musical preferences (love or hate country) have a lot to do with the correct answer.
Best novelty songs:
"YMCA"
"Cha Cha Slide"
"Electric Slide"
"Chicken Dance"
"Hokey Pokey"
Best slow songs:
"Unchained Melody"
"Unforgettable"
"What A Wonderful World"
"Amazed"
"Can't Help Falling In Love"
Best fast songs:
"Pretty Woman"
"Mony Mony"
"1999"
"Love Shack"
"I Knew The Bride"
There are many more I could list. Those should get you started. If you want more suggestions, visit my Web site at:

If you belong to BMG Music, go there and you can put in the artist or song title and listen to the songs. Some great songs are: It's Your Love, by Tim McGraw and Faith Hill. I love Bryan Adams: Please Forgive Me (listen to it, it's very romantic) and Heaven. I know these are older, but they are some good ones. Also type in wedding songs and you'll find a lot. If you want a great Father Daughter song by HEartland, I loved her first. Good luck and congratulations.

A great traditional song for the ceremony is Pachelbel's Canon in D. It's so pretty and there are tons of versions of it; slow, fast, strings, horns, electric guitar. I like the strings and played slow to moderate. Just type it in google and you should find some samples. Check Amazon too to here a clip.

If you are referring to your wedding reception then your band or disc jockey should have a list for you. If they don't provide you with one or you need more songs, tell them. That's their job.
As for music at your actual wedding...your band or dj should give you advice for that as well.
