It is normally said that a guy shouldnt make a move on a girl unless he sees some interest in her ok i got that. This girl gave me her phone number the first day of class, we hang out and I have tried to be her friend and sort of get to know her. We do flirt a bit but most of it is subconsciously done. I see this girl every day as we go to college together. I just met her and sort of want to be her friend for a while and get to know her. Then the other day she told me i was like her brother???? Now when I heard that that made me back up and re assess the situation? Should I make a move soon or is she just want to be friends at this point. Keep in mind we have only really known eachother for a few weeks? What should I do?

Get to know her more before you make anymore judgements. She may have complimented you but you took it the wrong way. No pressure situation.

Don't do anything.......YET! get to know her a little then make her rethink about that brother feeling. Make her feel more then that.
