The Holy Bible is full of facts, not theories. To understand that you have to sincerely ask Christ into your life and the Holy Spirit will reveal all the answers that you seek. I love Astronomy, and I know that, God created the Heavens and the Earth. I cannot tell you how He did it, but the evidence is overwhelming when you become a Christian. It's something you feel and know.

I mean, take Charles Darwin for example, who gave us the theory of evolution, he was a Christian, he just tried to explain how God began His Creation. He never set out to disprove the exsistance of God, he died a Christian. Too many people take the word theory and turn it into fact, because that suits them and their way of thinking.

However, Genisis 1 verse 1, could cover billions of years in that one verse. But the Bible is to point man in the direction of his relationship with Jesus Christ, that we all may be Saved and have Eternal Life.

The Bible doesn't support or refute either. I didn't realize the Chemical bonding and molecular orbits were at odds with each other.

Are you serious? The bible is God's word or whatever and if you're saying "well don't just read that cause it won't make sense read the scholar's writing too" then you're saying the bible won't make sense and you shouldn't have to read any scholar's writing's to understand the bible. The bible is supposed to be the words to live by and if you need to further understand it with scholars writing's then you know in your heart the bible is pure crap.

The Bible was not written as a scientific textbook; however, where the Bible speaks concerning science, it is correct. The Bible doesn't speak about most of the various physics theories. God wants us to use our minds to figure out his creation. That's why he gave us dominion over creation.

Molecular Orbital. Scientist have gone bananas trying to figure out why the atom doesn't fly apart. Theoretically it should, but it doesn't. Jesus said,"I am the one who holds things together."

If scientists can't figure it out, the Bible will have the answer.

When science explains, and it will some day, the ORIGIN of the big bang (not the result) then everything will be illuminated and you will be able to sheath your flailing sword of intolerant questions forever.
