im starting this one week water diet and want ppl that actually did it to tell my their results and no im not going to listen to no crap bout how it iz dangerous and all tht s**** anywayz tell me the number lost and how long thanx whoever

I went on it for 5 days and lost 8 lbs. I experienced hunger pains the first day, but then it wasn't so bad. After the water diet, I felt so light. After the 5 days I went on a fruit+water diet for another 5 days and lost another 5 lbs. for a total of 13. I REALLY FELT GOOD AFTER (physically and emotionally). Please note I had to fit into a size 8 dress and that's why I did it. For 10 days, I didn't worry about vitamin loss. You can make it up after. Good luck.

Okay, how much do you wnat to lose? the only thing I know is when I did a NO carb diet, i lost like 6 pounds in a week. Noooo carbs, all i had was salad. you gain it back really easily though.
