If your hair is colored completely blonde, then yes, a retouch will suffice. Just remember, dont color any more than the new growth, if you do, you will have what we in the industry call a line of demarcation. In other words, everyone will be able to tell.

Roots in basic terms extremely - you will over bleach (and reason breakage) at something - yet generally you initiate the roots technique via doing the roots first, then drag the bleach during something for in basic terms a couple of minutes.

if i were you i would wailt for the roots to show for about 2-3 inches that way if you die it it would be worth it

It depends on how dark your hair is to start with. If you have very dark hair, then I say yes, but if it kind of light, leave it for a while.

No, have it done professionally. It looks better and more natural to have highlights where there are a couple or three varying shades of blond.

NO don't do it some roots (not grown out too much) look good...they are in style.....look at shakira for example
