A dogs nose is supposed to be cold. That means that your puppy is healthy. The nose is one of the few ways that your dog can sweat as well.

Yes a dogs nose is supposed to be wet and cold. One of dogs primary senses is their sense of smell. a wet nose, allows the dog to pick up scents more easily. and of course a wet nose will inevitably be cold. that being said, if he starts to sneeze or cough, taking him to the vet for a check up could never hurt. Dogs have amazing ammune systems, either way.

Dogs should have a wet nose...cold or warm just has to do with the dogs' body temp.
