it doesn't matter how you pray.
i used to be uncomfortable with my
eyes closed. but afterwards..i decided
eyes closed was best. you can shut
the world out and focus more..

NIce question.Really prayer should be offer in not a distracted way, how?that is matter of closing your eyes. But meanwhile is not mandatory that you close your eyes while praying.but is it very good if you close your eyes while praying so that youre not distracted. But prayer can be offer in no matter condition you find yourself. But bible say the way we should pray in mathew 9:6 that you should enter your innner room to talk to your God in heaven.

It's up to you. If you can pray with your eyes open and not get distracted then I don't see why not.

Praying is just having a conversation with your Heavenly Father. He doesn't care if you have your eyes open or shut. He just wants you to talk to him. Have you talked to him lately?

Yes of course . Remember though it says to go to that quiet place and pray to Him and He will reward you openly . Praying to God is our way of having a relationship with Him , so talk with Him frequently throughout the day . God bless you

You can pray with your eyes open, and that is not bad,but some ppl do that to see if the can hear God speak to them.I know it sounds crazy, but i have learned that from my Church.

Yes,YES, YES You certainly can . I do all the time. I even pray with My lips closed. Had to do it a lot when I was teaching 3rd Grade. You see They can take prayer out of school But not out of your head.
Thank God for that.

As long as you are praying I don't think it matters how you hold your eyes.
