There is nothing wrong with meeting him, but be careful with trying to be his Fourth one.
If he is just good looking and you could use him for a booty call is all good, but don't try to fall in love or try to change him. He has three girlfriends and that should tell you right there he has no respect for women and he doesn't deserve it.
So if you know he is playing your co-worker, tell her if she is a good friend if not don't get involve and find someone available just for you.

1. Don't become girlfriend number 4.
2. Are you friends with the coworker outside work?
If not, don't get involved, she will find out, and would be mortified to have "work" people know.
If you are a friend of hers, and you have solid proof (not just grapevine rumor) that he is with other women. Tell her what you know in a factual manner.
"I know this will upset you to hear this, but if I was in your position I would want to know. I saw _____ at a club kissing another girl."
Then be there for her.

i would stay away from him, he probably has some STD that you don't want. What kind of man would have 3 girlfriends in this day and age. Very dangerous having sex with someone like him.
