I think the real question is "Should I Nair my chest so i can wear a strapless?"
Girl, I know it must be hard to be a woman in a time when tradition had flown (darn near jumped) out the window -- what's a girl to do?
I would say white would be just fine, as long as your skin is not too pale, the Casper look is so last week. But don't resort to tan-in-a-bottle either -- it could smear all over your dress!
Off white or "diamond white" can be sooooo much more flattering to the complexion and seems to be ever-so-popular with the generation getting married now.

The bride can wear whatever she wants to on the outside- after all it is her wedding. It doesnt matter if it is pre-op or post as long as it is tied to the side so it wont get caught in the stockings!

This is the year 2006.... Brides can wear anything they want... I would suggest a very secure tuck under or a loose skirt to hide the penis, a tuck under for the groom is optional as no one is as shocked to see a bulge in the grooms pants as they would be to see one under the brides dress....

Wearing white was a symbol of purity. Today, all colors are worn. In your case, gender, you can wear anything you want. Whatever makes you feel good.
