It actually depends on if you pull it out by the root or not. If you didn't, then yes, it will grow back. If you pulled it out by the root, it can happen, but your chances just dwindled. Your hair will grow in a different spot lol. Kind of hard to pull hair out by the roots though.

Yes, they wil grow back. Pulling your hair out of your head is also a disorder. It is called Trich. Good luck?

If you pull out the root, and the follical follows, they are gone forever...
If the hair just breaks off, it will continue to grow out of the follicle.
