LOL! Start ignoring her little by little from now on. Like instead of having conversations with her just say hi and bye and just how are you. She will soon lose interest in you after a while after all she is only 12, you're just a crush for her nothing serious. Also I don't think you should mention that you have a girlfriend or you like someone else just to shake her off, that would really break her heart. Just give it some time and she would lose interest in you gradually. Don't give her too much attention. Hang in there.
Regardless if you talked to her or not, just don't give her any attention. She would cling on you if you give her eye contact or say hi to her constantly. She'll soon realize she's making the biggest mistake for even "loving" you when you start ignoring her. Don't worry hang in there.

Tell her the truth, that your too old for her and explain to her one day when she is older, she will find some one special.
It will break her heart if you continue talking to her and not saying any thing, after all she is a child. You don't want to give her the wrong idea about guys right off the bat. She needs to learn that on her own...hahhaa.

Break her heart! That's nasty! She's 12. The first thing she's gonna do is claim rape if you hurt her, and you've been alone with her. Trust me! Happened to a friend of mine. But this girl was 15.
I'm 20 I would kill my daughter for that, don't screw up a 12 year old little girls life.

Don't be an old fart...for Christ's sake she's only 12!! Would you let your 12 yr old sister date a 20 yr old man?....Age is nothing but a number...but in this case...she doesn't know what the hell she's talking about.

i would tell her she's just goot a crush.she is only a little girl and she will get over it.tell her you've got a girl friend and keep away from her.if you are seen together in all innocence just chatting,people will start to talk and you could get in serious trouble...she is young.she will forget about you when a boy her own age comes along...

Wow, i feel bad for you. Anyway, alright heres what you do, sit down next to her and tell her that it is illegal to talk about these types of things. Its the best thing to do. Remain friends with her. If police find out about it, you will get arrested possibly.
