Realize that it's just as hard for a guy to make the first move, as it is for a woman. The reason is simple; people fear the risk of being shot down. A hero is one that does what is right, in spite of what fear tells to do. There is nothing wrong with letting someone know you are interested in them, and asking if they would like to get to know you better.

this is the problem that men have faced for generations...getting the nerve to ask a cute girl on a date. most guys would be very flattered to be asked out and would say yes, even if you aren't exactly their type. go ahead, give it a shot :) just be sure you don't mind ruining a good friendship if things don't work out.

well it depends how long you have know him and how much you know about him? If you think you know how he will react than go for it but if you dont than let nature takes its course....invite him to a party or something with you and tell him when the time is right...
