Has anyone else here found UCLA Medical offices to be totally inept and disorganized? Everytime I have to deal with anyone at UCLA Medical I have to hold for 15-20 minutes before anyone picks up the phone and then the people I speak to are rude and don't know anything. UCLA Medical might have a reputation for being one of the top in the nation but I think they got that destinction because they have a good PR department, not because they deserve it.

I mean the individual medical offices like the rehabilitation center and the family medical offices. I am not convinced that they are top notch at all. It's a myth, I'm sorry to say.

Are you referring to the private medcial offices or the departments of the medical center? Either way, I'm very sorry you've had such bad experiences. I hope you've spoken to someone in management about it. And UCLA Med. Center is a top notch organization, not because they have a good PR Dept. but because of the medical care, the services and technology they provide.
