My best friend is getting married next month and has the opposite problem from yours. Her hair is fine and long. She decided to get extentions to fill her hair out more (since she is wearing it half down).
She figures (and I agree) that this is the only time in her life that she can indulge this since it's her wedding, so why not?
Same goes for you. You only get married once.

in the experience that your female chum's sister needs her to have hair extensions, then the bride can foot the invoice. If the bride's not prepared to pay for them, then she'll merely ought to make do along with her sister's short hair interior the photographs. Your female chum shouldn't (repeat, shouldn't!) pay for something like this, exceedingly considering that she will't locate the money for it interior the 1st place. Have your female chum talk along with her mom approximately this--each and every now and returned mom desires to video reveal that a daughter is at as quickly as starting to be Bridezilla. solid success!

I have extensions on a year-round basis for fulness, not length, and I love them. I got hooked on them when I had them put in for my wedding! I would recommend them. The thing about it though, they're so expensive you might as well keep them in for the 2-3 months they last.

That would be a great idea, but you should still have practice day with your stylist anyway.
You can get temp extensions these days that you can wear just for one day. But just get good quality ones. And if they don't match your hair exactly, your stylist can dye them the same colour as your hair.

I wouldn't want to put all that time and money into my hair for some pictures. Instead, I would find a hairstyle that would work with your current length.
