Sure you can get buffed. If you are going to be a wrestler you'll need the strength and I can't think of anything better to get you strong than strength training. Do a full body workout. There are many ways of working out, be sure to get some guidance from a trainer to help you with it. You'll need to learn about recovery time for your muscles too. If you'd like to see some nice exercises go to "bodyforlife.com" and see their demos.

You need to eat right as well. Eating healthy, whether it be three regular meals or six small meals, is important. Protein is goingto be your best friend when it comes to building muscle mass. It helps to repair and build it. Your muscles will burn fat over time along with a strong metabolism. I recommend drinking GREEN TEA. I am 5'5, 118lbs. I have drank it for 13-14 years now and I swear by it. Eat plenty of healthy foods and protein to keep your body working at its full potential though. Also get plenty of rest!
Good luck! I will be looking for you on the WWE in a few years lol

It sounds like you have all the ingredients to become one, depends on how tall you are. Don't forget to train the legs.
