It depends on when you want to go, etc. Carnival Miracle , Holland America's Veendam, & Royal Caribbean's Legend of the Seas all leave from Tampa to the W. Caribbean. Of these, Carnival is probably the least expensive, but that doesn't mean that's the ship for you - if you need help booking a cruise, please feel free to contact me.

Carnival offers great vacation values and an incredible selection of vacation destinations, Carnival has earned a reputation as the 'Fun Ships'. New itineraries, new features, new special voyages. Bright lights, lavish shows, sumptuous gourmet dining and glamorous casinos. Huge pools, lively clubs, shopping malls, and the only 214 foot water slide afloat. Those are just a few of the things you'll find aboard Carnival Cruise Lines' fabulous floating resorts.

Or for a step up from Carnival try Princess or Royal Caribbean cruise lines. We have more information, prices and online booking at bctravelcompany.com and we offer free competitive quotes. I have sailed out of Orlando (Port Canaveral), and I am going out of Tamps in a few days. Carnival is the least expensive. They do Eastern caribbean, Western Caribbean, and Bahamas out of Orlando. They also do Western Caribbean, 4,5 or 7 days out of Tampa. If yo go in the off season, you can get in the 70-80 dollar a day range, including gratuities. I do not drink or gamble, but I will let those who do subsidize my vacation for me.

I live in Florida and love to use the cruse lines as my family vacations, it's cheaper than Disney, and more fun for us.

I use carnival they have 5 ports in Florida: Tampa, Orlando/Port Canaveral, Ft Laurderdale, Miami, and Jacksonville.

Holland America or Royal Caribbean are your best bet if you want good food and clean rooms. Princess and Carnival are always a gamble.

I wouldn't take a cruise right now. Too many people seem to disappear mysteriously and nothing happens to find them.
