well first of all if you're saying the truth, then i tell you that this situation is not rare, and i had a lot of cases like that and they're always resolved. now you must get some sort of witness or proof that the bartender knew your age and still served you the beer. i am a lawyer, if you need any help, contact me.

Grow up princess! First, I'm sure that your story isn't the whole truth. What club would serve you drinks knowing you're under age then call the police? More likely you had a fake ID and the club didn't know you were too young until you started acting stupid. Second, you are the one that got drunk. No one tied you down and forced the alcohol down your throat. This is why the drinking age is 21 in most places. Children can not handle the responsibility that comes with alcohol.

You can grow up and take responsibility for what you did. You knew you were underage when you went to the club. How did you get in the door? Phony ID? The bartender may or may not be liable, but you sure are, you knew fully well what you were doing is illegal and now you want to blame somebody else. See why the drinking age has been raised? You don't even want to take responsibility for your actions when you were sober (going to the bar in the first place) so how in the world are you adult enough to drink?

These are two separate issues. You are in trouble, trying to blame it on the bartender won't work. Once you were arrested and your age was discovered, the club and the bartender were automatically in trouble for having served you. There is nothing further that you can do except take whatever punishment the court metes out.

First off you shouldn't be drinking in the first place,IF you told the bartender you were underage then you need a lawyer for the club serving alcohol to minors..But as far as you being drunk you deserve what you get..I know I sound harsh but you drank so now you should pay the penalty for your actions..

You shouldn't have accepted the drink. Nothing you can do to get out of that. The club should be fined if they sold you alcohol and you really said you were not 21. Good Luck.

You and the club should get in trouble. Even if the bartender didn't know, YOU DID. You had no business being there, or drinking. The bartender and bar should be fined because they didnit ask for I.D.

work out a deal with the cops that you help bust the club for serving under aged people then you get off and you get back at the club for getting you into trouble

You will still get into trouble. You are the one who LET the guy serve you a drink. But make sure they know that he knew you were under-age. He will also get in big trouble.

You knew you were underage. why were you at the bar trying to get something to drink. The bartender was wrong, but you are responsible for your own actions. This is just something to make you grow up and face reality. Reality check!!
