try practising on your hand first then when you find a girl you like open your mouth slowly and putting your tounge in if the girl lets yo do this and explore.

Make sure the two of you are alone, a private and dim lit setting would be best. Then while you two are talking, eventually move onto something related to kissing, and there you go. And always start slow, going fast will ruin it!
