i'm muslim in the philippines so i've personally seen men crucified in dedication to their belief. I respect their courage and devotion. It's really hard stuff. But once one get used to seeing it, it seems not difficult at all He's alive, never went into shock or coma. I think being given the water treatment torture is harder to bear, or being electrecuted or drowning one's head only in a plastic bag.
Really, this catholics who went for crucifixion are very dedicated. I heard there was one time a woman volunteer for it. No one died.They were not hung for three days and three nights. Just as jesus or whoever that was crucified did not died on the cross.

The Bible says for us to crucify our flesh daily, but this means to die to our selfish behavior, so that we can be transformed into the image of our God. I notice that a lot of Nonchristians like to crucify us here too. They are always quoting scriptures to hit us with to bring condemnation upon us. It is a funny thing, since they them selves do not believe in them. LOL
