I like to give old music, stuff an 18 might not have been exposed to but could appreciate like Miles Davis or the Rolling Stones. If you know he downloads music, you can give an iTunes gift certificate. But cash is better.

who to? All I got is: alcohol, shot glasses, or a good drinking card/board game, a car, lotto tickets.....those are some cool gifts I got for mine...oh, if this will work better if you are where I am, where the drinking age is 18.....otherwise what sex? A guy? Get a TV, PlayStation/xbox, mp3 player, camera. If its a girl, clothes or jewellery are always winners....hope that helps a little

Well, the tradition w/ me and my friends was to get eachother a playgirl, uhm... but for a serious gift- maybe a gift certificate to their fav store, or music store... Money is always good- (you never know what is trendy w/ teenagers unless you are one) So that way they could pick out whatever they want.

depends on if its for a girl or guy/ some good "any age" girl gifts are: candles, lotions, picture frames- photo albums... for guys- go for Movies, music or gift cards to stores!
