I'm single for quite long time and I was always happy about it, you know, independence, having fun any time with anyone and stuff. but now I feel like I need someone in my life. and it's not easy to find that "prince" for me. I was always very picky no matter how hard a guy tried to conquer me. so will I be single for all my life??

Sounds like you enjoy your independence as I can understand but that does not mean that you can not have a domestic partner. I don't believe we all have a prince in store for us just men. Some good some not so good!!!

Its really not that important. Most people who feel that way are dependent on others or feel that they need new companionship. You don't have to find marriage material, just find someone to go out with a few times and week and share some laughs and lust.

I think that it's better to wait for the perfect person for you and marry once rather than just marry/have a boyfriend just to say that you have one and repeatedly go through heartache. I'm waiting until someone who is truely deserving of me (and able to put up with me ;) comes along.

you will be single until your 'prince' comes along. some people settle and you obviously don't. and you shouldn't. you will find the right one and only the right one when the time is right!

way to go!!

If you're happy solo, leave it alone. It will happen when the time is right. Meanwhile, enjoy each day as a gift and be happy!

Well, all I can say is I prayed for God to bring me a God-fearing man. One who loves him as much or more than I do and I have been happily married for four yrs. God will bring you the right one...when the time is right.

i'm sure you won't be single all ur life...you seem intelligent and know what you so I would think it's just a matter of time.

How old are you? If you're getting into your thirties, it's probably physiological - that's the old "biological clock" ticking. If you're younger than that, it's more likely a societal thing.
