Exercise is still the best way to burn fat. Try walking at a fast pace. You don't need an exercise bike. One of the most fun things ever is jazzercise. A lot cheaper than an exercise bike and it works all your muscles. Your fat will fall off fast. I have a low metabolism and I tried this and I loved it. Pretty soon, my metabolism became very fast. The more you exercise, the faster your metabolism becomes. I really hope I have helped you. Please try to stay away from any fad diet. You usually just end up gaining back the weight.

Weight loss is as simple as this....Burn MORE calories then you take in.When doing Cardio all you are doing is burning calories while you are active.Once you stop, the burning stops.Now....Weightlifting burns calories 24/7.Muscles burn calories 24/7.What I do is some sort of cardio for 30 minutes a day to heat up the muscles then I lift very light weights for an additional 30 minutes.I work out Upper body one day and Lower Body the next.Alternate days .This way you give the muscles that you exercised a chance to rest.I have shed the weight and kept it off for two years with this plan.Always drink water.Remember to replace your Electrolytes you lose when you sweat. If not you will cramp up.Eating 5 small meals a day instead of 3 is actually a good thing too for boosting the metabolism.NEVER EVER skip a meal.Especially breakfast.Your body needs fuel just like a car.Without it,your metabolism will slow down.

The best way to lose weight is through proper nutrition and a well rounded exercise program that incorporates both weights and cardio. There are many good diets out there so do your research. Cereal diets are not to effective or healthful. I would suggest an elliptical machine over treadmill because it burns just as many calories if not more and it is easier on the joints. Additionally start lifting weights or get involved in yoga pilates or kickboxing or any martial art. They tone you make you stronger and they burn alot of calories. If you like green tea there is a new type of diet tea out there which burns 9 times more fat than standard green tea. It was featured on 60 minutes and oprah it is called wu long tea and it is very good for a variety of reasons including healthier looking skin and all around improved health and well being. Diet pills also work but try to stay away from that path. They are addictive and can be dangerous.

Try the following : do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. The 45 minute thing is not true, but don't over 60 minutes at a time.
Do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.
The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Read fitness magazines, like Shape and Fitness for motivation and tips.
Good luck and stick at it.

gain muscle and do cardio. The more muscle you have the quicker fat will burn. On the alternate days walk, run, ride the bike, elliptical or some sort of cardio for at lease 20-45 minutes 3-4 times a week.

Actually if you eat five small healthy meals a day that will boost your metabolism. Its hard because Im not hungry 5 times a day. but it works better than not eating because if you dont eat your body will hold on to that food longer and not burn the fat because it thinks your not going to eat again. If you eat more, but in portion and healthy, your body withh be burning fat faster and more, because it knows its going to be getting more food soon.... If that makes sense. lol It works though, just make sure its healthy meals, like one meal can be a banana. Or cereal, like you already are eating.
